Hospital Bag Checklist

February 10, 2020

When I was a new mom I know that I found pretty much everything overwhelming. How do I bathe my child? Is there a right and wrong way to give birth to a baby? What should be on my Hospital Bag Checklist? And where do I learn all this stuff?! Yeah, Facebook is cool and all but I want an expert opinion.

Cue… Rock the Cradle.

Hospital Bag Checklist

Sylvia Otvos is the owner of Rock the Cradle, Montreal’s premier bilingual Doula agency. She and her lovely team offer birth and postpartum doula services, as well as monthly hands-on and fun prenatal classes, to help you have the most positive birth and parenting experiences possible. Isn’t that what we all want? They have a casual open house every month so you can meet them in person, find out what they can do for you, ask questions and just see if you love their vibe.

If you become one of my maternity clients, you benefit from a $50 discount towards RTC’s classes and doula services. You can learn more about the team and services at www.rockthecradle.ca or call Sylvia at 514-975-8973 for more information.

AND I’ve paired with Sylvia and her team to bring you:

THE ULTIMATE WHAT-TO-BRING-TO-THE-HOSPITAL CHECKLIST

Yes ladies, no need to ask Facebook and get a bunch of random answers. This is a tried and true list from experts who have seen it all.

If you have any questions about Rock the Cradle don’t hesitate to reach out to Sylvia. If you are interested in a Maternity Session – contact me! If you just want to grab you Hospital Bag Checklist click on the link above.
