Hello world!

Montreal Lifestyle Photographer

Wow.

What a journey.

And I’m so happy to have so many of you along.

I decided to do photography professionally at the end of 2015.  And then I just did it.  But really, my journey started ages ago.  It started with taking a million rolls of film and being so excited to get them developed (do you remember you had to buy weird x-ray bags to carry them through security?)

Then it continued when I took courses at Concordia’s Continuing Education department in both Photography and Photoshop.

It took off when I had children and realized how important it was to capture all the moments.  The giggles and cuddles, but also the tantrums and fatigue.  Looking back I realized that even the not so nice parts were part of my story that I wanted to remember.

And now, it continues taking pictures of friends new and old, kids, little babies, and small businesses.

A million thanks to my parents who bought me those cameras and that film, my husband who watched as I spent hours on the computer editing photos and buying expensive equipment, my kids who tolerate my camera, my friends who support and refer me and to those new friends and friends I haven’t even made who trust me to tell their story.

Thank-you.
