Are you curious about an extended family photoshoot? Here's a sample extended family photoshoot in the studio located in Westmount.

A lot of people would like to do an extended family shoot but with so many people it is often difficult to find a time that works for everyone. Doing a shoot in the studio means that you can shoot at anytime of the day, because lighting is not a challenge. It also means that you aren't stuck if the weather is poor.

Some tips and tricks for extended family photoshoots:
-Book early! It can be difficult finding a time that works for everyone. Starting to look at schedules in advance helps everyone
-Look at the studio space and decide if it works for your family. My studios fit around up to 20 people.
-Shot list - this is something we work on together in advance to make sure that we are not missing anything and the day of the shoot goes smoothly. You are hiring me because I have done many family photoshoots and know how to both manage large groups and make the shoot enjoyable.
-Outfits for so many people can be complicated! That's why my services include working with a local stylist. Amanda works with one point person to help co-ordinate. If individual families want to work with her please advise me at the time of booking.
-Posing order - this goes hand in hand with the shot list! I know what works best to make everything go smoothly.
