Once again I'll be offering Christmas Mini Session at the studio located in Westmount, Quebec. Westmount is a neighbourhood of Montreal located to the west of downtown. There are no parking lots, but street parking on the weekends is not too difficult, and if you want to arrive early there are plenty of lovely shops and cafes located on the same street as the studio.
There are two studio sets and you choose one set for your session. It is not possible to do two rooms in one mini session.
Le Snuggle will have a bed but also another area where you can take photos if you don't want photos on the bed.
Both rooms are cozy. Actual photos of the set will be live end of September or early October.
Why are my mini sessions different?
This is my 11th year doing mini sessions and I have lots of tried and true experience to help you get the most out of your session. I know that for most families this is their only professional photography session of the year, and it may also be their first professional photography session ever. I want to make sure that you leave feeling amazing.
How mini sessions at Michelle Little Photography are different and carefully thought out.
- Clear communication from your first welcome email to your last email the day before our session.
- Guidance on how to find the studio and parking.
- Prep guide on how to prep for your session pulling on all my experience.
- 20 minute sessions which are on the longer side for a mini
- 10 minute buffer between sessions - this is also on the longer side. Many minis are 15 minutes with a 5 minute buffer.
- 1:1 styling with a local stylist is included for all minis. Just because it's a shorter session doesn't mean you don't want to feel co-ordinated. You can work with Amanda to create your beautiful wardrobe and it's included.
- Belair Suites, where the minis are located, is a beautiful studio in Westmount where there are staff to guide you even if I am busy in a session. There's an area to wait where you can have a coffee, tea or water.
- Studio sets are top notch with beautiful, cozy, impressive sets. Everything is REAL. There are no backdrops.
- Fast turn around time - I will get your photos to you within a week. I know you want to create cards or send them out and I want to get them to you asap.
- 11 years of experience working with ALL sorts of families. I have literally seen everything from kids who absolutely REFUSE to co-operate, bloody noses, hesitant dads, moody teenagers, nervous moms, and shy kiddos. Nothing really phases me anymore. Bring it on.
- The sets allow for both Christmas photos and non-Christmas photos. Just remind me if you want non-Christmas photos so I'll pace my session accordingly.
- Sessions can be used for family, maternity, and business. Babies should be three months or older.
