Please read carefully for all details on Belair Suites.

Belair Suites is a large studio complex with several different studio rooms and a common area.
Not including parking time, please plan to arrive at Belair Suites at least 10-15 minutes in advance of your session to give you time to find the suites, use the toilet facilities, change, touch up hair and makeup, and settle yourselves. If you know you are slow, or need to do a lot of changes and will need more time feel free to arrive earlier, however please note that you cannot enter the studio room within Belair Suites until 5 minutes before.
Parking
Parking is street parking only. You may be able to find free parking on some of the side streets but most will be paid. Westmount uses a DIFFERENT PAYMENT SYSTEM than the rest of Montreal called Passport Parking Canada. You can download the app in advance if you wish, or pay at the payment stations when you get here.
Please note that if you do get free street parking it is for a maximum of 2 hours.

Location of Belair Suites
Belair Suites is located at 4823 Sherbrooke Street West, Suite 100
To get there choose the door next to the Scotia Bank (to the left - it's just behind the car above):
Take the elevator straight ahead up to the first floor:
Once you get out you have TWO options:
Toilet
If you need to check your hair, apply makeup, etc. this may be a good place to do it. Also of course, if you need to go to the bathroom.
To access the toilet from the elevator turn right as soon as you get out of the elevator and then a quick right again and the toilet is immediately there. There is a CODE to get into the restrooms. Please ask front reception. If you need to fill up your water bottle, please do so at the fountain located in the same hall as the washrooms.
Belair Suites
If you are makeup ready and have finished using the toilet facilities please enter Belair Suites.
To do so, take a left straight out of the elevator and the Belair Suites door is immediately there. Sorry about the blurry picture but you get the idea!
Open the door and you will be at the front desk.
You can hang up your jackets and if any shoes need changing you can do it here.
Tell the person at the front desk that you are there for a photography session in the Floral Room/ Pavilion des Fleurs and they will show you the way.
IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE there are changing rooms with mirrors in Belair Suites. Please ask the person at the front desk to direct you.
Please enter the studio room 5 minutes before the start of your session.
