After 11 years of photographing newborns, maternity and family enough is enough. I tend to photograph newborns and babies at 1 year old but not a lot in between. And between 6-9 months is my favourite age to photograph! I am a Mom and Baby Photographer.
I've been thinking a lot about what I would have wanted when my kids were this age. There was so much going on, and I felt so tired. But I still knew how little my kids were and how that would change so quickly. Personally, I think I would have loved some sort of a celebration-for-me type of session. A - wow you've DONE this and are amazing session.
So I created a short, 30 minute session for moms and their babes on a weekday that would be easy and manageable. It would also be a time for moms to just love on their babies and capture this extraordinary time.
Come to the studio, enjoy your babe, have a great coffee and create memories of this wonderful, crazy, joyful, chaotic time for both you and your baby.
